In January 2015 Caudalie launched a brand new redesigned mobile eCommerce platform. With the redesign, conversion rates more than doubled.
The project was a ground up endeavor and was designed mobile first. The platform was designed for a global audience, so research in foreign markets was necessary as well as adapting designs according to context.

From conception to launch I lead the research phase, design and development phase for Caudalie’s mobile eCommerce platform redesign. I conducted research on a global level to include: contextual inquiry, comparative/competitive analysis, in-depth user interviews, surveys and market research. After synthesizing research I began ideation and from there began to sketch and wireframe ideas. The Caudalie team and I underwent an extensive iterative process – continuous prototyping and testing until we achieved optimal results. Finally, I delivered a visual final product and managed implementation with my front end developer project partner.
Caudalie is a global skincare company originating in France with boutiques in NYC and around the world. I worked with the New York Team as well as global design leads. Justin Tanacredi is the front-end developer that worked on implementation and as my partner throughout.
